Each purchased piece of artwork is made-to-order for the customer therefore returns and refunds cannot be accepted. Exceptions will be made if the artwork arrived damaged from our partner company Framebridge in which case a replacement piece of artwork will be provided at no charge to the customer. If your piece arrives damaged please contact us at email@example.com. We will guide you through the process of getting a replacement piece of artwork sent to you.
It is our greatest hope that you absolutely love your newly acquired piece of artwork! Therefore, please open your artwork within 48 hours to make sure there were no damages incurred during shipping.
